Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Estimated Shipping Times
Standard delivery typically takes 6 to 12 business days after processing.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include possible delays due to customs clearance or public holidays in the destination country.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to provide free shipping on most U.S. domestic orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After this period, the order will already be processing and changes cannot be accommodated.
Delivery Delays or Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is very important to us. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Luvr is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (such as weather, customs clearance, or courier issues).
