If you’re not satisfied with your product within 30 days of delivery, contact our team and we’ll review your case.
We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit after evaluating your order and the condition of the returned item.
Eligibility for a Refund

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email support@tryluvr.com with your order details and a photo or video.
In accordance with consumer protection laws, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout:

If delivery is refused or returned to sender, outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Refunds for Discounted Purchases

Replacements or repairs will be provided free of charge, except in cases of misuse or intentional damage.
